Join a support session

Enter the 9-digit code the person helping you gave you.

Your download is starting…

  1. Open the downloaded file RemoteSupport…exe (check your browser's downloads).
  2. If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, click More info → Run anyway. (The app isn't signed yet — that's expected.)
  3. A small window opens and connects you automatically. Keep it open for the whole session.

This installs a support agent so your technician can help you now and provide ongoing support. You'll see an on-screen indicator whenever someone is connected, and every session is logged. You can remove it anytime from Windows → "Installed apps".
